If you can't merge items in your Garden, it's likely that the items are currently locked. The “lock” feature is used to protect your items by preventing them from being sold, merged, unmerged or harvested.
To check if an Item is locked:
- Tap on the item you want to merge.
- Look at the bottom-right of the screen, where the Sell button should be.
- If the Lock icon is gold, it means the item is locked.
- To unlock it, simply tap the pink toggle next to the lock icon
Once unlocked, you should be able to merge the item without any issues, and the “Sell” button will become visible again.
