An unstable internet connection, or the lack of it, can cause a delay in the purchase delivery!
If you have recently made a purchase, but you didn't receive the items, please follow the steps below.
1) Make sure your internet connection is stable;
2) Check if your payment method is updated and that it is accepted by Google Play Store or Apple's App Store;
3) Last but not least, close the game and reopen it to check if the items were delivered!
