You likely have a mismatch between your local save and cloud save. To properly set up your cloud save, please use the instructions below.
Entering the Settings Menu
The Settings Menu can be found by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Enabling Cloud Save
1) Tap on the Cloud Save Button
2) Log in with the account type of your choice
3) The game will now save your progress attached to that account
Playing Offline
If you play for a significant amount of time offline, you may create a conflict with our cloud save system, where your local save will be different from your last cloud save. If this happens, we will give you a quick prompt to pick which save you would like to continue to play, with some stats about each. Just pick "Local" if you'd like to continue your offline game or "Cloud" if you want to reset to the last thing we saved for you.
Playing on Multiple Devices
Using Cloud Save you can play the game on 2 or more devices sequentially. Simply sign in on each device you want to play. Whenever you switch devices, you are likely to see our Cloud Save dialogue alerting you to a data mismatch. Simply choose to continue with the cloud save to pick up where you left off on your other device, or "Local" if you'd like to overwrite it with the existing data."
